In short, no. We will start you slow but get you results fast. Our team have successfully coached hundreds of local residents to success with their health and fitness, and we can help you too.

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a long time or not at all?

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience, we’ll adapt your workouts so they’re tailored to your abilities meaning you can rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered.

  • What results can I expect to get at the end of the 6 weeks?

6 weeks is the perfect amount of time to see drastic results in a short space of time. You’ll notice you’ve toned up in all the right places, with increased confidence levels whilst transforming your health and fitness levels.

  • I have a pre-existing injury, I don’t want to make it worse or have any setbacks.

A lot of people that come to us for the first time have pre-existing injuries but our coaching team is very experienced and endorsed by many local physios for the good work we do. We will work around any injuries you have which will make you stronger for the future without any pain or discomfort.

Before starting my training with Jamie I was not a fan of the gym. I wouldn't go alone as I didn't feel confident enough in what to do and how to use any of the equipment. I also felt quite low about my body image, and was stuck in a guilt cycle of eating junk food and then feeling bad that I wasn't getting to the gym. I wouldn't wear shorts and felt very self conscious.

The change in my body image and my confidence, both in the gym, and in my daily life has been incredible. I now have the motivation and confidence to go to the gym and do my training without feeling anxious. I have learned to use the equipment, a huge variety of exercises, and also what variations I can do when I am unable to find the equipment I need (such a huge help). I can see the changes in my body shape which has been so motivating.

What I was worried about most before I started to train with Jamie was beginning resistance training. Like the majority of women out there, I thought lifting heavy weights would turn me into this big, bulky bodybuilder.

Jamie quickly addressed my main concern and put this myth to bed. He took the time to educate me why this wouldn’t happen and especially why resistance training was so beneficial in terms of getting rid of fat and body composition. And behold, I haven’t turned into the monster I thought I’d be. I’m leaner than ever!
